(NOTE: There are special fasteners in the valve cover, oil pan, and timing cover that you will need to reuse. If you want them to be Zinc Yellow then you will need to have them plated. BoltsandNuts.com doesn't have these special fasteners. Also this is a list to assemble the long block only and doesn’t include accessory bracket bolts)

Clegg Engines Stage 2 Stroker Kit
Building a Jeep 4.0L is cool, but building one into a 4.7L Stroker is taking it to the next level.
I opted for using Clegg Engine to source all the parts needed for this build. The cool thing is they are local for me here in Utah. So I was also able to use their in house machine shop.
Here is the breakdown on the kit Clegg Engine helped me spec out:
Stage 2 Jeep Stroker Kit 4.6 Liter / Compression Ratio = 9.3:1
I got all the upgrades minus balancing the crank and forged pistons.
- Eagle Forged Rods ARP Bolts (Free Floating) Bushed
- Hastings Moly Piston Rings
- Clevite Bearings
Then I also decided to go with their NSR Stage 1 cam kit.
The cool thing about this cam is that it can run with out a tune. But with that said I will be tuning this engine. I'm going all out with this build! Why wouldnt I get it tuned.
